WHAT IS LPI?
The LeadershipPlenty® Institute (LPI) is a 10-module transformational leadership development program for people interested in developing and enhancing their leadership skills to work more effectively within the Waco community and their respective organizations.

The program aims to strengthen the skills of those holding leadership positions and make civic leadership training available to those who may not necessarily consider themselves leaders but have much to offer their communities.
Past participants praise the program for more than the growth of their tactical skills but also the exposure to diverse perspectives and relationships built with fellow participants, facilitators, and LeadershipPlenty® alumni.
WHO IS LPI FOR?
The LeadershipPlenty® is designed for people of varying backgrounds, occupations, and experiences who are passionate about improving the local community and developing and enhancing their leadership skills. LPI encourages individuals in leadership positions and those not yet engaged in formal leadership roles to consider applying for the program.
